I can’t say enough about Ken and his crew. I’ve worked with many contractors. He is the easiest to work with. He cares a lot to make things right when they don’t go the right way which often happens when you’re dealing with construction. In the end, I have a beautiful pool Environment done to perfection with beautiful stone and professional details. I really got lucky to know Ken thank you Ken for all of your hard work in my project.!

Updated: in Nov of 2024 Taylor came out after this post and set a time in the spring for us to revisit the grouting concerns and lifted tiles, they did fix the issues and were attentive to the matter. The area is beautiful and I am happy with the results, We were referred to tsw by our pool company. They were initially great in the work and craftsmanship proposed. During the time of their project they cut corners and haggled with us. We had to refer to texts to show them what they agreed to, they were always weeks behind the commitment bc they took too many jobs on at once. We spent over 100k with them and once in contract were treated as if we were no longer important. The delays upon completion and commitment began to compile one after the other. They offered a one stop shop, unbeknownst to us the fence co was silently owned by them as well. And to no surprise they too gave us delays and pricing changes at the last minute. Now here we are a just 2 years later and our patio is lifting tiles completely off and when I text our project manager Ken he doesn’t respond. These are issues that we’re still under the contact warranty Be very careful they are very expensive and the quality of the work is deceiving..it looks good until a few months later..it’s important to stress the grouting and tile lifting has been an ongoing issue since completion of the job. It’s just really bad now and they have not responded to my request for them to come out since August of this year…I am disappointed I expected a excellent craftsmanship and professionalism with the amount we spent

Ken and team installed beautiful stone work around our pool. We were referred to them by Fairfield Pools and are very grateful for the referral. Ken was very knowledgeable about product and design. He also had great solutions to some of the more complicated aspects of our install. The entire job was done on budget and on time.

Taylor and his crew were fantastic. They worked closely with us throughout the entire process - coaching us on how to deal with town permits and restrictions, the end to end process and order of what steps we needed to take to make everything happen smoothly and timely. TSW turned out to be a one stop shop for our new pool. They did the masonry, leveled our entire backyard, and spread top soil, grass seed and hay. Every recommendation the TSW team made regarding our project turned out to be a home run. This made our experience priceless. Very reasonably priced and fair, amazing customer service and responsiveness, and most importantly - an enormous amount of patience with our constant questions. - which we found to be critical given that we had never taken in a project of this size and needed to rely on the experts.
