A recent Google customer said Kevin came within a few hours of the call and fixed a blockage of the inlet straightaway, and that he took the time to explain clearly how it worked so the customer would know how to respond another time.

Excellent service! Kevin came when promised (within a few hours of my call) and fixed the problem straightaway. It was a blockage of the inlet. He knew exactly what he was doing, and he took the time to explain very clearly to me how it worked so another time I will know how to respond. Can't recommend them more highly!!
