Six working days for a kitchen. That is how long one recent customer said Talbot & Greene Custom Cabinet Company took on a job that replaced the cabinet doors instead of gutting the room. The company says it has spent more than two decades on custom cabinetry and handcrafts each piece in its Rehoboth workshop, from design to installation. That same customer wrote that Charlie custom makes all the doors, that the cabinet interiors could be customized with new cabinets and drawers added, and that Cheryl handled design advice on color, doors and hardware. They said the team worked long hours and cleaned up every day. A recent customer described a new kitchen and a bathroom vanity, and said Cheryl and Charlie paid attention to the flow and function of the kitchen. A recent customer cited quality craftsmanship and reasonable prices. In a 2023 review, a customer said the company gave them a few options for a kitchen upgrade and called them responsive and neat. BuildZoom lists licence number GC-44657 for the company. On Google, it holds 5 stars from 31 ratings.
We had the very best experience with Talbot and Greene on our new kitchen and a bathroom vanity. Cheryl and Charlie were so enjoyable to work with. I always felt that they took the time to understand our vision and paid attention to details including flow and function of our kitchen. Both kitchen and bathroom vanity came out so beautiful. We are so happy we chose to work with Talbot and Greene and genuinely look forward to working with them again!!
Quality craftsmanship and reasonable prices.
Starting on a kitchen remodel can be both exciting and scary. Finding the right vendor is the scary! After no recommendations from friends, we set out to find a company to do kitchen cabinet door replacement. We were really not sure what that meant or entailed. Finding someone to come to our home was also a challenge. We did not want a big box store deal or a total gut. After contacting many FaceBook ads, we finally picked four from Angi’s. All responded. One was not available and we interviewed the other three. Everyone offered a different style, plan, and of course price point. After careful consideration and several visits, we decided to engage Talbot and Greene to do our remodel. Why? Well, Charlie and Cheryl are a team that offered personality, expertise, experience, and creative custom options. Charlie really surveys the project and adds so many great ideas. We even came up with a few of our own that were incorporated! Charlie is a master cabinet maker and custom makes all the doors. In addition to that, we could customize cabinet interiors, add new cabinets and drawers. We had no idea that this would be better than a kitchen gut! Picking color, cabinet doors and hardware was a seamless process with Cheryl designing and offering advice. The Talbot and Greene team was really amazing. They worked long hours, cleaned up every day, and completed the kitchen in 6 working days! I have included pictures to show how thoughtful they are when protecting floors and counters and how Charlie comes with computer plans of all the measurements and placements. I couldn’t capture all the laughs but there were plenty. We could not be happier with our choices and picking Talbot and Greene. Nothing SCARY about them or the process! Feel free to message me for more info if you want. We feel so fortunate to have found a real gem. Check out their website too. They do many custom projects for your home. I need to find more so they will come back. Good luck and go for it!!
I would highly recommend Talbot & Greene. They gave us a few options for a kitchen upgrade and did a fantastic job. Very responsive and professional, very neat and paid attention to detail.
