The company's own site describes cleaning and organizing services. A 2024 customer said she dropped the communication ball and called the experience incredibly disappointing.
I saw reviews HERE and thought this was a reputable company. It is not. After she dropped the communication ball, I found reviews of her elsewhere, and they all gave the same information - unreliable, doesn't communicate, doesn't show up/no call/no show. I would give less than one star if I could. Incredibly disappointing.
Tanya has been exceptional since I started using her services 2 seasons ago. She always takes the time to communicate detailed updates and makes sure I am satisfied with the cleaning. We have a vacation rental that has a lot of space and Tanya always turns it over for our next guests. We have been renting for about 5 years and it’s never been this clean before. Highly recommended!
Tanya is a fantastic cleaner. She’s very detailed and has a great work-ethic. She’s extremely professional, skilled and takes a lot of pride in her work. I highly recommend her for both routine and deep cleaning jobs.
Tan is extremely thorough and a joy to work with. She is reliable and an excellent communicator. I feel very fortunate to be able to work with her.
Tanya cleaned for me before I came home from vacation. It was so wonderful to walk into a perfectly cleaned house! Everything smelled great and sparkled. Highly recommend!
