βWe had tankworks do ours. Very happy with the work.β
βReplaced our old oil tank last year. Went w Tankworks, a considerable savings over Petro. They also had to use new fill pipes, vent pipe, etc. We went with the rectangular stainless steel exterior tank w some million dollar insurance against failure. Tankworks removed our 32 year old, seeping oil tank, i.stalled the new tank and all pipework and took away the old tank. Total time was approx. 6 hours. Very professional, responsive and polite. The cost was very reasonable and was lower put the door than other routes we received Worth giving them a call IMHO.β
βTankworks. "beat the leak"β
βI asked around where I live and people all said everyone uses Tankworks.β
βWe used Tankworks and paid $4k, seems like they did a good job.β
πππππFive stars all the way. One of my clients is in the process of purchasing a home, and the home inspector found signs of a possible underground storage tank. A fellow realtor recommended I call Tankworks, and Iβm glad I did. I spoke with Lilyβshe was friendly, professional, and truly helpful. She knew her stuff, answered all my questions clearly, explained everything step by step, and laid out our options. She was also able to locate records showing the tank had been removed. If you ever need a company to investigate an oil tank, this should be your first and only call. Highly recommended.
Excellent service. For context I had an HVAC company come out and they noticed my oil tank was leaking. The quote they gave me was outrageous. I called tankworks and got a much more fair quote, about half what was quoted by another 3 letter hvac company (also got a nicer oil tank, roth double walled, other company was doing standard tanks). The team at tank works communicated the entire time with me and when installation day came they were on time. The work they did was great. The new oil runs are clean. My equipment is working fine. The new tank is not leaking. And I waited to post this review to make sure no leaks, zero so far. I would happily reccomend tankworks for any of your oil tank needs.
Rose and her team are excellent. I had an oil tank start to leak and they were able to remove it the next day. The other company I called wanted to book out two weeks, but Rose understood this needed to be addressed ASAP and got it done. They left the area cleaner than they found it. The price was the same as the other quote I had gotten. And they were just fun to work with. Thank you Rose, Lily, Ashley, and everyone else at Tankworks!
Discovered a leak in my oil tank. Called and spoke with Rose. She arranged to have a service tech come out and place a magnet over the hole in the tank as a temporary fix Rose asked my husband some questions a about the size , dimensions , location and accessibility of the tank. She scheduled to have a replacement tank installed within a week. Her crew actually arrived early, completed the job which included removal of the old tank and transfer of the existing oil. Job was professionally done and crew polite and left the work area spotless. More than happy with the whole experience. In these days of poor customer service it was a pleasure to find a company that actually cares about their clients
I cannot say enough positive things about the experience with Tankworks. Rose and Lily are amazing. Incredible customer service from the first call through the end of the job. Very kind and compassionate with excellent communication, fair pricing and quick turnaround. The guys who completed the tank removal were fantastic as well. I wholeheartedly recommend them! Thanks again for the great job!
