Was surprised to receive an immediate response to my initial query, considering it was a weekend. After what seemed to be a pleasant exchange she said she would send me more information by the end of the day Monday. Monday came and went.. crickets. I messaged again hoping something had just gotten overlooked.. but again no response at all. Disappointing. :(
Update: Upon leaving my review, Taylor responded immediately to say she'd been dealing with an emergency. Taylor has great style, suggestions and energy!!! I was in a slump for making decisions around paint colors, furniture, decor for my first floor and meeting with Taylor has restored my motivation/excitement. Thank you, Taylor!!!
Kathleen was terrific. Exactly the help I needed! Loved her taste and found everything she provided, easy to access and well laid out. I will definitely use her for any other project I have in the Boston area!
