Removing an inground pool, its pool house and surrounding pavement, then filling the area with topsoil and seeding a lawn: a June 2025 customer described that whole project with Ten Four Landscape Construction. The homeowner said Seth's price was lower than three other estimates and praised the driveway cleanup afterward. Ten Four is based in Norfolk. The company says Seth Dias founded it and that it has served Norfolk and surrounding communities since 2012. Its stated service area includes Walpole, Franklin, Foxborough, Wrentham and Plainville. It advertises residential and commercial landscaping, hardscaping, maintenance, plant installation, and snow and ice removal. Customers have described both yard maintenance and larger outdoor changes. In March 2023, one homeowner said Seth and his team rebuilt the front yard with a paver walkway and steps, a granite light post, new beds and a lawn, while communicating throughout and working to stay on schedule. A September 2023 reviewer described a next-day quote followed by clearing weeds, trimming bushes and trees, and adding mulch and edging. In October 2024, another customer described excavation, loam and seeding, old-stair removal, tree trimming and mulch. Other dated accounts describe more particular work. A May 2024 customer said seven large stumps were removed from the yard. An August 2023 reviewer described three downspout dry wells and ten privacy trees. A February 2025 customer said the crews had maintained a dirt driveway, plowed and salted in winter, installed paddock footing for horses and helped maintain riding-arena irrigation. Google lists a five-star average from 21 ratings. The written customer history spans 2018–2025, with the latest account dated July 2025. Older customers also praised pricing and punctuality: an August 2018 Angi reviewer described clear arrival communication, a project completed in a few hours and compliments on the resulting path. Those accounts describe work at the time each customer wrote them.
