I have been working with terminix for to many years to count. Brandon Mooney has been the technician almost the entire time. With my son deathly allergic to bees I call all the time and Brandon drops what he is doing to come a respray to keep us safe. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
Jim Fielding is an AMAZING technician. He comes out quarterly. He has always been there in a timely manner if we need a hornets nest removed on our deck or there is some question or issue we have. Can't say enough great things. He's the reason we have stayed with Terminex. Great customer service.
My technician, Robert Gonyea is very professional and does a great job taking care of the outside of my home as well as the attic and basement. He is very responsive when I have an issue with bees as I am allergic to them. I highly recommend his service.
