No call back — a 2022 customer said he never called back
That Guy 207 says on its website that it is based in Windham, was launched in 2015, and handles home renovation and upkeep, interior and exterior.
A 2023 customer said Nick installed vinyl siding on their home, replied within an hour of first contact, and helped and educated them through the entire process. A 2023 customer needed entryway drywall finished and painted, and said Nick showed up on time and was quick.
On Angi, a 2020 customer said he was reasonable, finished the job nicely and kept to schedule. A 2020 customer on Angi called him polite, prompt, informative and hard working, and said his pricing was fair. Its BBB grade is A+.
A 2023 customer called the plowing poor, saying he left giant ruts in the driveway that restricted deliveries to their business and would not fix it or plow again until paid in full. That 2023 customer also said they received texts and emails threatening to sue and put a lien on the property. A 2022 customer said he never called back.

Nick installed vinyl siding on my home. I must say I had no clue the work that went into it honestly. I contacted him and got a reply within a hour! He helped and educated me along the entire process so in future endeavors, I may be able to do this myself. Thank you for such a great service and the outstanding work done. 10/10 recommended!
Poor job plowing to say the least. He destroyed my lot and driveway. Left threatening texts and emails about suing me and putting lien on my property. I didn’t recieve a bill until the last storm. He left giant ruts in my drive restricting deliveries to my business and said he wouldn’t fix it or plow again until I paid in full. Do not recommend this business. Very sloppy work.
