Glenn is incredibly knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond to resolve any appliance issue. When someone asks you if you got a guy for appliance repair, he’s your guy.
We had and issue with Samsung refrigerator ice maker/dispenser frosting to the point of not being able to remove the ice tray. Contacted "Glenn" via Samsung service. Glenn quickly replied, came out and diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in less than a week (had to wait for parts to arrive). Highly recommend.
