The work is textiles and hard surfaces, not housekeeping: wall-to-wall carpet, oriental and area rugs with pickup and delivery, sofas and sectionals, draperies, mattresses, tile, stone and grout, even car interiors. Customers describe it as family owned and run; one, writing in June 2025, said they were glad to see "this company managed by women" grow. Fifty-two reviews stretch back to 2021, and the loyalty is the real story. A July 2024 customer said the crew had been cleaning their wood floors and carpets since 2012. In an August 2025 review, a homeowner described a dog knocking over a glass of Merlot right before they sold the house — the team came out the next day, and nothing showed at the open house. A May 2024 reviewer mentioned forgetting to ask about the stairs; the technician cleaned them anyway. Four reviews have landed in the last six months, none of them negative. Two one-star accounts are worth reading first. In June 2024 a customer wrote that a deep clean of a kitchen counter and backsplash came out only slightly brighter, and that wood floors and a water-stained marble tile floor looked no different — set expectations on hard-surface restoration, which is a different job from carpet.
