I wanted to say how amazing and beyond grateful I am for this company! I have stage 4 cancer and they came in and gave me a home I can get better in. They got all my stuff in order and cleaned my home with love and care. Thank you so much.

Cleaning Authority has done an incredible job. After a project job last summer, we continued the house clean this summer for a country home. No other cleaning company responded to my phone messages and calls. Cleaning authority picked up their phone right away and figured out how to schedule time that worked with our schedule swiftly. Additionally, the wonderful women who came to help clean were incredibly kind, understanding and efficient. Their attention to details, the professional materials they brought, and the team available were timely and understanding to the history of an older home. They brought their care and compassion to the job as well. Thank you Cleaning Authority. We look forward to working with them again, and will, without reservation. I give my highest recommendation.

I was referred to the cleaning authority by my neighbor who said they pay $150 for once a month cleanings which is what I was looking for. I contacted them for a quote and was told it would be $220 for once a month cleanings even though our houses are almost identical in terms of number of rooms and square footage; couldn't really get any kind of explanation for why it would be $70 more for our house. I was told it would be $320 for a deep clean and decided to go that route because our home was in need of a detailed clean. I was really disappointed with the quality of the clean, it was left less clean than regular cleanings I've received in the past that were less than half the price. There were even parts of the house that were skipped including the toilet, bathroom floor, and kitchen sink. I was also under the impression that with a deep clean the windows would be cleaned and they weren't. When I asked about the windows I was told they are not insured to clean windows; I was just looking for the interior to be cleaned with glass cleaner, nothing major. I also informed them that several areas were missed and was sent an adjusted bill for $300 ($20 off) - so much money for the level of cleaning that was provided. I also had a difficult time getting a clear answer on the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean, both through email and when speaking to the cleaners about their process; seems like they call it a deep clean in order to charge more. I am giving them two stars versus one because they were relatively responsive and because the cleaners showed up when they said they would, other than that I'm pretty disappointed and still need to pay someone to clean my house as it still needs a deep cleaning.

We were originally not satisfied with our clean and the cleaners came back immediately the next day and redid the entire queen and more than expected! They went above and beyond to keep us as customers, and it is so appreciated!
