A 2015 Houzz reviewer wrote that they had used The Grass Gauchos since 2009 for lawn maintenance and winter plowing on rental properties, and at their own house for annual mulching and a stone walkway. That 2015 reviewer said the company showed up when it said it would and that the snow was cleared in a timely manner. On Houzz, the company describes itself as offering stone and landscape design and installation along with a lawn maintenance program, for commercial and residential clients in Burlington, Vermont and the Champlain Valley. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+, and a vnlavt.org page lists The Grass Gauchos, LLC alongside the names Josh Cohen and Pat Toporowski. A 2016 Houzz reviewer said the company did stone work for a patio and a fire pit and installed all the plantings for their new gardens. A 2016 Houzz customer said the job was completed quickly and that they loved their new front steps.
“The Grass Gauchos, LLC – Josh Cohen and Pat Toporowski”
The Grass Gauchos did a wonderful stone work for a patio and a fire pit for us. They also installed all the plantings for our new gardens. They were very professional and easy to work with. We look forward to working with them again next year for some work in our front yard!
This is a hard working group! Job was well done and competed quickly. Weclove our new front steps and have received many compliments from friends and neighbors. I am betting they will be in the neighborhood a lot come Spring!
I have used the Grass Gauchos since 2009 for lawn maintenance and winter plowing on rental properties and for special landscaping projects at my own house. The Grass Gauchos have been incredibly reliable at the rental properties. The lawns always look well mowed and the snow is cleared in a timely manner. The Grass Gauchos show up when they say they will. You do not have to wonder if they are doing the job! At my own house they have done annual mulching and installed a stone walkway. The walkway was great and we intend to hire the Grass Gauchos to landscape a new house.
