A 2024 Google customer said they asked for the yard to be seeded in late October knowing it might not germinate, and that the company came back in the spring and re-seeded promptly. A 2023 Google reviewer called the company knowledgeable and prompt and said they got the job done for weeds, fertilizer and insects. In a 2011 Angi review, a customer said the company detected fungus in their lawn, treated it and explained what they had to do on the lawn.
