Theodore Logan & Son, Inc. is a painting contractor whose own website says it has redecorated churches and painted hospitals, universities, military facilities and public buildings, and that it specializes in historical preservation. Its BBB profile, written by the company, puts commercial painting first — hospitals, waste water treatment facilities, schools, government bases and other corporate and industrial facilities — says residential service is also offered, and gives 1880 as the year it was established. A local news site, lcnme.com, has described the company as Portland-based.
