That customer said text and voice messages promised to make things right, but nothing had been done beyond blaming the customer, while also saying Richard had great communication leading up to the work. Don't trust Richard. He will promise you that he will make sure customer is happy and will make things right if not. After 2 months I have multiple spots along my driveway that he sealed that the sealer is pealing up after it rains. Richard talks a big game but doesn't follow through.I have plenty of text messages and voice messages claiming he would make things right but still hasn't done anything but blame the customer or posting a lame Facebook post about contacting the state. Great way to run a business. Shop around folks dont fall for the lies that come out of his mouth. I have plenty of pictures if your thinking about hiring this guy please reach out to me. Richard had great communication leading up to his work but does not stand by the quality he promises. Richard's response below just shows what type of business owner he really is.please provide everyone these videos of my washing vehicles with soap and pictures of threatening text messages. Says alot about your product and work if you can't even wash a vehicle on the driveway. See you in court ricky!!

Thibodeau Sealcoating came with high recommendations and we were not disappointed. Our quote request was prompt and scheduling easy.
