In a 2022 review, a customer said the technician replaced their drain pump the same day. A 2022 reviewer gave one star and said they did not seem interested.

Tim’s service is exceptional. Despite an extremely busy schedule, he made every effort to fit me in promptly. After repairing my dryer—which required extra care due to issues left by the previous homeowner—he willingly returned to make minor adjustments at no additional charge. He provided helpful tips and went above and beyond by bringing my packages inside while I was away from home. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
