BBB lists it as an S corporation of six employees whose owner and only listed contact is Karl Ouellette, with a second location in North Waltham.
The work it is trusted for is narrow and well documented. Across a long run of HomeAdvisor reviews customers describe interior-and-exterior window cleaning on multi-storey houses, twice-yearly gutter clean-outs, storm windows, skylights and screens — and they name the people: Karl himself recurs across years, and a window cleaner called TJ is singled out by three separate customers for showing up on time and working carefully. In a 2019 review one homeowner wrote that TJ "showed up on time after giving me a 20 minute heads up via text"; a 2020 customer wrote that "any furniture that had to be moved was put back exactly in place". The tidy-up gets mentioned as often as the glass.
The important caveat is the shape of that record, not its warmth. HomeAdvisor's 4.9 rests on 104 ratings, but the written five-star accounts on file all date from 2018 to 2021, and the single most recent written review — December 2025 — is a one-star: that customer says they were kept waiting almost three weeks and then had to resend the company's own emailed quote to prove roof pine-needle removal was included, before hiring someone else. Against that, the newest independent signal is warm: in a March 2026 neighbourhood post a resident wrote that "Third Generation does a great job on the windows" and that they had used them "inside and out for many years".
Two more things to raise on the call. The A+ grade BBB shows sits on a profile BBB simultaneously marks as NOT accredited — those are two separate facts, not one endorsement. And the company's HomeAdvisor blurb claims it is "also a licensed construction company" able to handle remodeling, a claim carrying no licence number here and not reflected in its BBB category, which is window cleaning only.
For MetroWest homeowners who want a long-established specialist for glass, gutters, ice dams and dryer vents rather than a general handyman, this is a well-attested pick. Get the scope of the quote in writing, confirm the lead time before you commit, and ask for the licence number if you are considering them for anything beyond cleaning.

They kept us waiting for almost three weeks. Then they denied that getting the pine needles off the roof was part of the quote, I had to resend them the email that they sent stating it was. We ended up having to hire another company.
