Those are the directory's records, not a live state finding, and its licence blocks are unreliable — the same page prints another number twice under two different types. Ask him for both his current CSL and his HIC registration number and check them at the Department of Public Safety and the Office of Consumer Affairs before signing. No customer review exists anywhere in the sources checked, so nothing here speaks to communication, scheduling or how problems were handled.
