BuildZoom lists two unverified Newton builder licences and a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence (#CS-063637) it says the Department of Public Safety cancelled, and its own banner reads "No active license on file." None of that has been confirmed against the state registry here, and directory licence entries go stale — so ask him for his current construction supervisor and home improvement contractor numbers and check them with the Commonwealth yourself before signing anything.
