I drop my trash off here and staff are always in a good mood, willing to help unload and pricing is very fair. Will definitely continue using these guys!!

I rented a clean out dumpster this spring. I was informed everything could go into the dumpster. I even double checked with the man that dropped off the dumpster that anything could go in it. I was told anything unless it’s construction material in which they’d go by weight. When loading things we got about half of the dumpster full and still had some space the night before pickup. We were not positive on tires being excepted, but we figured they must have something special for disposal of tires since they told us anything. The day they came to pick up the dumpster I was home, figuring any issues they’d knock on my door. Instead of coming to my door, they decided to unload the tires and toss them all over the side of my house. I paid them in advance when they dropped off the dumpster so of course it isn’t their issue since they were already paid. I called, left a message. Got a call back the next day. Was told they would reimburse me for $200 out of the $550 I paid. It’s been 3 weeks and still no check in the mail. Very disappointed as I had heard great things and was hoping to order another dumpster this summer.
Steve and his team at Timberwolf are fantastic. We utilized several roll off dumpsters this summer during a renovation project. Great prices compared to other vendors and friendly, professional service. Proud to support this local business. Highly recommend!
