106 Google ratings, an even 5 stars, and not one published complaint in five years of accounts. That is a rare shape for an electrician, and the reason keeps repeating in what customers write: Tim Santos answers the phone, then shows up. The company works out of Tewksbury and says it is owner-operated by Timothy Santos, with over 15 years in the trade including six years as a project manager for high-end electrical firms. Its Massachusetts electrician license, 8954, is active. The stated territory runs across Middlesex County, naming Lowell, Billerica, Andover and Belvidere, and the work spans residential and commercial jobs with 24/7 emergency availability. The recent jobs are the meaty kind rather than lightbulb calls. A homeowner this July contracted a new panel with surge protection and a generator interlock, then had the crew verify every connection in the house. Another had a broken AC and a breaker that kept tripping, called, and had someone at the door within a couple of hours who found the fault and replaced the parts the same visit. In March, a family rebuilding after a house fire had Santos handle the whole electrical scope and described the crew as straightforward, on schedule and reasonable on price. One February customer noted the furniture was covered and the site cleaned so thoroughly there was no trace of them. The crew gets named a lot — Ryan, Pete, Mike, Nelson — which is what you see when the same small team does the work rather than rotating subcontractors. What to know: nearly all of the written record sits on one platform, so there is little independent corroboration outside Google, and the 15 years of experience is the company's own claim rather than something a registry confirms. This is a small crew, so ask how a multi-day project would be sequenced. The right call for panel and service upgrades, older-home troubleshooting, and the after-hours emergency nobody else picks up. Confirm the scope and price in writing, as several customers say they did.

I highly recommend Tim and his team of electricians at Timothy Santos Electric. The quoting and contract process was professional and the price was very competitive. I contracted for a new electrical panel with surge protection and interlock for a portable generator, plus run wiring for a portable generator. The team then physically ensured all connections were correct for my whole house. Thank you Tim for the excellent job performed!

Excellent service! I was stuck with a broken AC and a circuit breaker that kept blowing. I called Timothy, and he was at my house within just a couple of hours. He figured out the issue right away, replaced the faulty parts, and had the AC back up and running quickly. On top of being fast and efficient, he was very polite and professional. Highly recommended! Will Hire again, so glad I found him.

Tim and his team did all the electrical work during the rebuilding of our home after a fire. He and his teram were very straightforward and timely. They showed up when scheduled and were reasonable on the charges. What more can you ask for!
