A customer who had used TK Property Services for more than 12 years described mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanups, leaf removal and snow plowing in a March 2024 review. The Newington company says it has 15 years in business and offers free estimates. Its Google average is 4.6 stars from 13 ratings, and its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration is active. In July 2024, a homeowner praised the removal of two large trees, the price and the schedule. They especially appreciated the yard being cleaned at the end of each day. Customers writing in April 2024 and May 2023 also praised thorough spring yard cleanups. A March 2026 reviewer described a responsive crew that had helped with multiple medium and large projects. A separate March 2026 reviewer described an argument after asking for a truck to be moved from an emergency lane, alleging loud swearing. That account concerned conduct around the truck.
Great responsive crew that has helped us on many medium to large projects
Not professional at all. I ask to move his move his truck for it was it was in the emergency lane . He use foul language every swear words that exist. Everyone in the complex heard him. He was loud. For a business that is not good. Shows very poor management.
TK Property Services cut 2 very large trees down for me. The price was good, time frame was spot on, and the most impressive part of the job was that everyday before they left, the yard was cleaned up like they were never there. I have a puppy, and that was important for us. Trevor is a great guy, and a hard worker. I highly recommend.
Our yard looks amazing after our spring clean up. The workers were efficient and professional with great attention to detail. I highly recommend TK Properties for any landscape work!
I have used TK Property Services for over 12 years for my yard maintenance needs. Lawn mowing/trimming, Spring & Fall yard cleanup, leaf removal, Snow plowing, and other special request services are always well done. Trevor and his team are reliable and thorough and I have always been very satisfied with their work.
