TM Roofing holds 5 stars from 68 Google ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. The company describes itself as a Rhode Island roofer since 2017 offering roof repair, replacement and free inspections, and its website lists service towns from Cranston and Providence to Bristol and Charlestown. A recent customer said Tim came out the same day to give an estimate on a roof repair and did not try to upsell the additional roof work another company had suggested. That customer said that once the patch was done, he was not satisfied with the color match, found a shingle with an exact match and returned the same day to replace it. Tim repaired a leak at one customer's home the day after they called him, that customer said, and was on time. A condo association's customer said Tim and his team cleaned the gutters and downspouts, that it was their second consecutive time using TM Roofing, and that Tim also took care of a small leak on one of their roofs. A recent customer said Tim and his crew were reasonably priced, easy to work with and professional at all times.
