The Houzz profile lists services including landscape construction, landscape maintenance, garden design, irrigation system installation, lawn care and snow removal. In a 2017 Houzz review, a homeowner wrote that he "did not winterize our irrigation system properly and the pipe burst this winter." In that 2017 review, the homeowner said he put it down to the age of the pipe, while three plumbers who looked at the system all said it was due to incorrectly winterizing the system and frozen water; the 2017 reviewer wrote that "Tom Hanlon does not back his work."
