On its website, the company says it deals with pests from ants and cockroaches to rodents and bed bugs. A 2021 customer said Rico answered a quote request within an hour, completed a small wasp-nest job in rainy weather, and then called to explain a 30-day guarantee in case the wasps came back. A 2021 customer said Rico arrived early the next day, suited up and sprayed a wasp nest sitting low to the ground in an awkward spot.
