We hired Top Notch to complete Lawn Makeover. They remove our existing lawn as it existed of mostly weeds, dirt patches,pebble rocks and occasional glass peaking through as this new development was constructed over a previous gravel pit. Ken and his team, came and did a complete rehab to include removing the existing lawn, removal of boulders off the hill creating a beautiful green hill, removed some trees on property line, leveled the complete yard and installed a new lawn to include laying out 23 tri-axle trucks of screen loam (8 inches) and hydro-seeding. We ended up with a beautiful yard in the end. The work was done in September and this is our first spring with our new lawn. Their work was exceptional. I highly recommend Ken, they are seriously Top Notch, their name is so fitting! They came in at the right price, on time, and they always were so clean. The cleanliness … they always cleaned up our property daily, it always looked clean. Thank you Ken!
Fantastic experience! Ken came out and gave me an estimate to remove a couple trees that were near my power lines and were over hanging my roof. He came in at a much better price than another company that I had look at the same job. I signed the proposal which was sent quickly to my email and they set up a date to come do the work. He communicated quickly and let me know when they expected to arrive. They came and did the entire job exactly how they said they would, even cutting the wood to a specific size and moving it across my property for me so I could use it in my wood stove. They cleaned up extremely well and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone I know who needs tree removal.
WHAT!!!! They did a GREAT job. The tree was massive, 4 foot in diameter, probably 75 to 100 foot tall and close to the road. I had to take the drone to 120 ft just to get good pics.
