Top Notch Tree Solutions is a tree removal business whose Google rating stands at 1.4 stars from 9 ratings. One recent customer had a tree taken down that sat close to their house, electrical lines and the road, and wrote that Mike was fast and professional and that the rates were reasonable. A recent customer wrote that the company dropped five trees and left one standing, and that with no chipper, the wood and debris from those trees covered their front and back yard. They said Mike, the owner, did not come back on the Monday he had promised, texted them to stop blowing up his phone, and still had not returned by the following Tuesday, when they fired him and hired a different company to drop the last tree and clear the debris.
This company is a horror show. They don’t even own a chipper. They dropped 5 trees last Thursday leaving one more to be taken down. Since they have no chipper, all the wood and debris from 5 trees is covering my front and backyard. Here it is the Tuesday following and this company hasn’t bothered to come back to my house to drop the remaining tree or to pick up the debris they left last Thursday. Mike, the owner, texts me to stop blowing up his phone when I try to inquire about when his company is coming back to my house to pick up all the debris he left all over my yard. He was supposed to, according to him, be at my house Monday to remove the debris, never showed after swearing up and down in texts he sent that he would come to my house. He never showed up today, Tuesday either. He texted me he had important stuff to do and he would try to get to my house if he could. In the meantime, my lawn looks like a tornado dropped trees all over my yard and it’s been like that since Thursday. I fired Mike today, Tuesday. Top Notch tree service is unprofessional and unreliable. I retained a different company today to drop the tree Top Notch left standing and to pick up all the debris they left behind. I would not recommend Top Notch tree services at all. Poor customer service.
Mike was fast, professional, and delivered quality results. I was nervous about having this tree removed since it was so close to our house, electrical lines, and the road, but they did a fantastic job. Great service and reasonable rates.
