Total Landscape Care

Total Landscape Care has been working out of 189 Winthrop Street in Medford since 2011 — 15 years in business with a crew of five, according to its Better Business Bureau listing, which files the company under landscape contractors. The BBB opened its file on the business in 2018. Five people on the payroll puts this in small local operation territory rather than a regional firm. Ask what that crew handles directly — seasonal maintenance, plantings, hardscape — and what gets handed to a subcontractor. For routine yard care around Medford, start by asking for proof of liability insurance, a written scope and price for the season rather than a per-visit guess, and a couple of nearby customers you can call.
