We recently wanted to paint our kitchen and sunroom, change the countertop and add backsplash before 19th July for our daughter birthday. We were very excited at first to work with Marcos and his daughter but we are very disappointed with them. They visited our house twice to go over the detail plan, we explained them all our plans and they seem to have agreement with it. They gave us an estimate, when asked to put the detail on the quote- they only had a single sentence per task. For example, we wanted them to paint walls and ceilings for both rooms, stain the floor on kitchen and paint the floor on sunroom, paint kitchen cabinets. The tentative colors for walls, ceilings and cabinets were shared during in-person visit. But, We reached out to finalize the start date, they were not picking up our call and reply back on time. I send several messages to them to confirm that they were still aligned with the plan. Marcos’ daughter confirmed that her father gonna start from Wednesday at 9 am but they never showed up. On Wednesday morning, I called to confirm Marcos was coming for the project, I even send them the picture of painting for cabinet and wall. They didn’t show up, didn’t respond our calls and messages. After multiple attempts, they finally picked up around 2ish pm. They proposed to postpone the start date to Friday, on top of that they seem to be surprised that we wanted to paint kitchen cabinets too, which was clearly discussed during their previous visits. Marcos mentioned that we could paint the cabinets but with extra cost, which would be more than original paint estimate. Our daughter birthday is next week and we were worried that the work will be not be completed on time. At the last moment they keep saying that we didn’t talk about cabinet coloring and it would take extra money now. We requested multiple times to provide detailed but they ignored our requests and now we are not on the same page. Are you serious? I can even post a picture of our full conversation what we had discussed. I am very disappointed with them I thought they understand us but we were wrong.They should have cleared everything before. It is late now only week left for my daughter birthday,I don’t know if we gonna find anyone that will finish our work on time.In future I will never gonna work with them anymore!

The crew did a fantastic job! They showed up on time, worked a hard day, and cleaned up after themselves. Would 10/10 recommend! Great value as well!

Marco’s work is very excellent. He is prompt and very knowledgeable. He painted my kids room and it was amazing. I highly recommend his painting services.
