“Take a look at Town & Country Homes [https://www.tchvt.com/](https://www.tchvt.com/). I went with Pat and his group 10 years ago for my home and have nothing but good things to say.”
Very kind!
You think you’re getting a great home and service when setting everything up with Lacy in the office, but once Pat Whitley (the owner) shows up to set the house and finish it, that’s when your headache starts. He doesn’t follow the agreed upon contract, he does a terrible job “finishing” the project and refuses to come back if him or his crew didn’t do something that was paid for. Complete waste of money. Go with another housing company, we definitely should have. These are pictures of his “finished” work.
Nice model homes, closed Sundays.
