A 2022 Google reviewer, a client for over 15 years, said the company had maintained their landscape, done masonry, fertilized, handled pest and insect control, and installed and maintained a sprinkler system. That 2022 reviewer also praised Kevin's landscape design work. A 2022 reviewer said the company tested their lawn every spring so the treatment was specific to it. The community manager of Woodside Trumbull wrote in 2022 that the company had worked there for almost a year and the grounds already had flowers and mulch before April. A 2016 Houzz reviewer said that when Kevin wasn't available he returned calls promptly, and that if a problem came up he came right over or sent someone out. A 2024 Google reviewer said repeated phone calls to Kevin about additional work went unreturned. Attempted to contact Kevin for additional work several times by phone - repeated phone calls went unreturned - no way to treat a client - very disappointing. Kevin returned my calls two years ago only when a mutual friend asked him to return my calls. Again - no excuse - very disappointing.
I’ve used Town & Country for over 3 years & my lawn has never looked better. They test my lawn every spring, so the treatment is specifically for my lawn. They are very reliable & efficient, Town & Country is who I’ll be using in the future.
We have been using Town and Country Landscape Management at Woodside Trumbull for almost a year. The communication, attention to detail and professionalism of Kevin and his entire team is top notch! Responsive, friendly, and consistent. They always do a great job! Town & Country Landscape Management has been taking care of my property for years. very professional and easy to work with. Our calls/texts are always answered and if Kevin wasn't available, he returned our phone calls promptly. If there is a problem, Kevin comes right over or he sends someone right out, so they are very responsive.
