A recent Google reviewer said a pool pump dropped off on a Wednesday was ready that Friday with a new pump motor, gasket and power cord. A 2024 Google reviewer said the company had them bring in a water sample, got them the right chemicals and gave instructions for an algae problem. A 2024 Google reviewer said a filter issue was fixed within three days at a reasonable price. A 2022 Google reviewer said the company's pool technicians had closed their pool many times. A recent Google reviewer said Gary dropped everything in the middle of the job and stormed off, leaving the pool cover submerged in the pool, after being asked about damage. A recent Google reviewer said a liner ordered in May went in near the end of July, and that Jesse insisted they don't hook up the motor and filter even though Joe had said that was included. A recent Google reviewer who called in April for a pool opening was told it could not be completed until June. A 2024 Google reviewer said the company never showed up to close the pool and that about 8 messages went unanswered. A 2022 Google reviewer said two holes appeared at the bottom of the pool after a new liner went in, and that the company blamed them for the holes.

Do NOT use this company for service. Gary, who I think is somehow the lead service guy is rude, abrasive, stormed off my property with the pool cover submerged in my pool because I asked him about some damage he caused to my property. He yelled at me and when I said "don't yell at me" he dropped everything in the middle of the job and stormed off. Extremely unprofessional, rude and aggressive. I'm shocked that he is allowed to act this way. Treats should be mortified at this man's representation of their company.
Went to treats in May to order a pool liner install / replacement. The person jessie/jesse was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. When they finally managed to do the liner install near the end of July. This jesse person insisted that they dont hook up the motor / filter even though when I went in in person the employee Joe assured that that was all included in the cost. Communication was horrible. They were always supposed to call the day before doing service and expected the pool to be uncovered and empty with only about 12 hours notice before hand. And then tried to tell me it would be fine to leave the pool empty and uncovered after the old liner had been removed. Even though it had and has been raining a lot. Thankfully I didnt listen to them and covered the pool back up before the new liner finally arrived because otherwise I would have been charged for them to replace all the sand in the bottom of the pool. The few employees I dealt with in the store or on the phone were fine. Joe was kind and helpful.
First time pool owner, I came into treats knowing practically nothing and this young gentlemen Joe who was very polite and knowledgeable showed me the way! Forever a customer at treats from now on, the staff are all very outgoing and willing to help, they also have fair pricing. If you ever have a question regarding anything in the pool/spa world, go to Treats and ask for Joe.
Dropped off my pool pump on a Wednesday and its was ready today Friday July 3. New pump motor, gasket and power cord. Thank u for such quick return! I would like to recognize Joe for his attentiveness, politeness and his customer service!. Joe went above and beyond. He carried my pump from the back area to my vehicle which he didnt have to do. He is a definite asset to Treats and he will be my go to person going forward!!!
