Scheduling was incredibly easy, and they were more than willing to accommodate a time that worked best for me. Cindy in the office was so kind and understanding when I needed to reschedule my original appointment, which I truly appreciated. Kim made sure I had Dana’s phone number ahead of time, and Dana was fantastic. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns before beginning the application, which gave me complete confidence in the service. It’s refreshing to work with a local business where everyone—from the office staff to the technician—is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. It was nice to be able to talk with all the people behind the scenes and experience such outstanding customer service. I highly recommend TruGreen Lawn Services!
They do a great job. My lawn is the best looking one on the street. Kim in the office is awesome and Josh McKay is always available if we have an issue.
