Doors and trim in an 1800s home were still looking good a few years later, according to a January 2025 customer review of Twin Pines Carpentry. That customer named Dmitriy, said he had handled all the doors and trim, and wrote that he was working on their next project at the time. Twin Pines is based in West Springfield and describes its work as finish carpentry, kitchen cabinets, closet systems and custom fireplace mantles. A separate January 2025 homeowner described a home-office project that met the original specifications and incorporated options Twin Pines suggested. The customer was pleased with the resulting workspace and intended to hire the company again. Another January 2025 reviewer praised work quality and communication throughout their project. The work also extends to commercial interiors. In a January 2025 review, a restaurant customer credited Dmitry with building a counter and pizza display case, then making the counter relocation work when the restaurant needed more seating. A March 2024 homeowner review described Dmitriy replacing six windows, communicating clearly and working neatly; the customer was happy with the work. Those are dated customer accounts, spanning 2024–2025. Thumbtack lists a 5.0-star average from five ratings and offers including handyman work, door and cabinet installation, and closet remodeling. Twin Pines Carpentry LLC's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, verified against the state registry in September 2026.

I was very happy with the work quality and communication throughout the entire project. Would definitely consider hiring again!
Twin Pines Carpentry's work on my home office exceeded expectations. Aside from fulfilling the original specifications, they offered various helpful options I hadn't previously considered which ultimately resulted in a workspace I am content with. I intend to work with them again when there is another opportunity to do so.
