If I could give zero stars I would. Do not give this company your money. They do not deliver. Two maids and they still manage to do less work than half of a person. No attention to detail. No follow through. This is the Premium service? Not pictured is the bathroom drain I cleaned myself. Photo captions include what I was told would be included in my service. The floor was my primary concern, I noted that as the first thing when they arrived. I was told, “we have a good floor cleaner” and “we can use an eraser”. I came out at the end of the service and the picture of the floor is what was left and no communication about it.
I had a phenomenal experience with this cleaning company. They were professional, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented, and my place looked spotless when they were done. The team was efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned properly. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning service. The best part was how fresh and organized everything felt afterward, it made a huge difference. A truly outstanding company from start to finish.
