Justin was great, he explained everything well, how communication between the office and myself would work etc. Unfortunately, communication from the office was non existent unless I called. One of the windows was ordered the wrong size (they measured 3 times) and I was left for 2 months with siding off my house, and all the interior trim for the wrong window removed, and the old window just nailed from the outside. I had paid for white glove service (they did all interior painting) but they wouldn't do that until the third window was installed, so I had a window and a slider with no shades for 2 months. NOBODY in the office communicates with anyone else in the office. After asking 5 times to input my correct phone number, they still called the wrong number. I could go on, but it seems excessive ay this point.

Scott and his crews from United Home Experts did a wonderful job with our roofing and siding project. They brought our house that had 50 year-old cedar shingles that were curling with the nails popping out and an ugly brown color into a beautiful modern yellow with a beautiful new roof, some new windows, skylights, and storm door, gutters and a beautiful paint job. They were prompt and professional and hard-working and did it all at a reasonable price. We would definitely use them again.

Would highly recommend. We had all our windows replaced in our new home. To start, sales rep Justin Evans came out to for initial measurements and to go over the many design options. We used a very cool app to see different choices and decided on what we thought looked best. Once the measurements were done and the windows were ordered, it was just a short wait until we got the install date. Our project manager Larissa reached out when she got assigned to our project and throughout the process her and Justin made sure all questions were answered and we were kept up to date. Once the day came, the installers were super helpful and got right to work getting all 17 windows done in just about 2 days, then siding the front of the house in about a day and a half. The house looks amazing and I’m so happy we decided to go through United Home Experts as they made this so easy and the finished product is amazing.

I had windows, some siding, gutters, and a roof done they went above and beyond. Started the project earlier than anticipation. Kept me in the loop and made sure everything looked great. Cleaned up after themselves. They were super easy to reach if I had questions. They hit a snag when a part is needed wasn't available anymore and they custom made it for me. I was very impressed. The house looks new again.

Replaced all of our wood siding with everlast gorilla planks, and fixed some rotten sill noses and window trims. The whole project took a week and a half, including dealing with unexpected issues re-installing our wood shutters and a day with no power when they got a late start until we figured out a backup option. Scott was very professional and responsive and the workers were very pleasant. What I did not realize was that they also put some plates under our meters/ cable box, and added some nice frames around plugs, light switches and lights. Everything looks great. I am very happy with the final product. There was a misunderstanding about including my shed being painted to match the house but I did not read the contract carefully and didn't realize it was not there. By the time I found out, it was too late to get a painting crew as part of the project. Other than that, near perfect experience and I would totally hire them again, although I probably won't because my new siding should last forever :)
