Pull a very large stump out of a yard and something usually gets torn up. When part of a customer's driveway came away with theirs, United Landscape came back promptly and laid fresh asphalt — the homeowner wrote that up in an August 2025 review and gave five stars anyway. The company works out of Randolph Street in Abington and describes itself as a residential landscaping outfit doing yard and landscaping projects, with an emphasis on keeping clients in the loop while the work is going on. Most of what homeowners describe is seasonal and ordinary: spring and fall cleanups, weekly and biweekly mowing, fertilizing, weeding and trimming. A customer writing this April said the crew showed up when it said it would, worked quickly and left the yard clean and ready for the season; another, also in April 2026, said they had been with United for almost a decade and that the crew talks them through the day's work and won't leave until they're satisfied. Half a dozen of the Google reviews single out that communication, and a March 2026 customer paired it with detailed work done on schedule at a price they called fair for the service. The jobs get bigger than mowing. In reviews from January 2024, homeowners credit Sal and his crew with a gravel and paver walkway running from a driveway to a back yard, brush clearing and hydroseeding on unused ground, plantings, tree trimming and stone work. An August 2024 review describes a deck installation the customer was pleased with, done without dragging out. And in April 2025, a homeowner whose property had been the scene of a fatal high-speed crash said United Landscape cleaned up a backyard that looked, in their words, like a tornado had ripped through it. The thing to pin down is scheduling. In July 2025, a customer who had crumbling front stairs rebuilt from scratch credited the attention to detail and the project manager for the five stars, and named one downside: not always knowing when people would be at the house, so they could be prepared. For seasonal maintenance and yard work with some hardscape attached — cleanups, mowing, a walkway, a stump that has to come out — this is a straightforward call, with Google reviews running from 2023 through 2026 and a 5.0 average across 31 ratings.
