We recently had a drain issue involving one of our showers. Joe showed up within an hour of the initial call to USA Drains. The problem was identified and they began work the very next day. Joe and Paul did a great job correcting the problem and replacing the shower and floor tiles. The work was completed quickly and professionally for a reasonable price. We will be calling USA Drains for future projects.

Joe and his team are nothing short of amazing. They came out always on time, were proficient and professional. They’re the best! We will always refer them to all of our neighbors and friends.

Joe showed up within reasonable time of appointment and I was notified that he would be running late. He looked at the problem and quoted 850.00$ to hydro jet my footing drain which seemed very high. Not knowing exactly what was entailed, l agreed to price. Within an hours time he identified where the blockage was and got the water flowing. He then informed me that clog was still there, but the water was flowing and he was done. I enquired about a video inspection but he didn’t have a camera with him. He then suggested that that the next step would be to excavate and repair the pipe for 2500.00$. I would think that the logical next step would be to either snake the drain or video inspect before excavation. So the following morning I rented an electric drain snake for 80.00$, and with minimal experience had the drain cleared in an hours time. If you are looking for someone to come in an emergency and get your drain flowing maybe this company is for you. If you’re looking for someone who isn’t out to make a quick hit and thoroughly diagnose your problem before digging up your lawn , I would say they are not.

USA Drain was wonderful to work with. They came out in short notice to inspect a septic system and were very thorough and professional. Will be calling on them for regular service.
