v.S. Property Maintenance is a Rangeley business whose own website says it specializes in dock construction and installation throughout the Rangeley Lakes Region, with wood, metal and recycled plastic docks. A 2022 customer said they hired the company for plowing after a Nor'easter dropped almost 2 feet of snow on a steep driveway off Route 4 in Rangeley. That 2022 customer said he arrived in time for a quick pass before a 6 a.m. departure, then came back at 10:30 p.m. to snow blow the whole driveway. The same 2022 customer wrote that it was the first time since buying the property in 1984 that they could drive up and down the driveway, and said David pays attention to details. A 2023 customer thanked VS Property Maintenance for plowing and sanding a steep and large driveway. A 2022 customer said David and Meagan were quick to answer calls and questions about their winter service. A 2025 customer said V.S. and team did cleaning and property maintenance work and showed up when they said they would.
V.S. and team do an amazing job at cleaning and property maintenance! They are responsive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Oh and BTW always show up when they say they are going to. I can't say enough good things!
Professional, responsive and thorough! Thank you VS Property Maintenance for pulling through when I desperately needed help with plowing and sanding my steep and large driveway!
A Nor’ Easter struck us and dumped almost 2 feet of snow! I hired v.S Property management to do our plowing after interviewing several plow drivers. I was grateful to find someone to take on our steep driveway off Route 4 here in Rangeley! I have to work early in the morning and was told it would be no problem, and sure enough he arrived in time to give the drive a quick swipe to get me out and on the road at 6a! After work I parked on top of the drive and let it snow! Knowing there are more people being attended too, I went to bed. I woke up to the sound of a snow blowing! There he was, at 10:30p snow blowing my whole driveway!! Like Santa delivering in the middle of the night! He did an amazing job! When I awoke, my driveway was clear and I was able to drive my car down the hill. This is a huge thing for us. We have owned our property since 1984, and this is the first time we have been able to drive up and down the driveway!! To say I am impressed would be an understatement, I am blown away, David does meticulous work and pays attention to details. Thank you v.S. Property Management for excellent work and customer service!
I would just like to say how extremely impressed I am with David and Meagan’s service this past winter. They are both reliable, responsible, quick to answer calls and questions, regarding my needs! Their service has been excellent! Best winter service I have ever had in Rangeley!
