Valley View Septic

Valley View Septic pumps septic tanks out of Charleston, Maine. The company describes itself as family owned and operated, running two septic trucks and using a septic disposal land-spreading site, and it lists Bangor, Old Town, Dover, Corinth and Newport in its service area. A 2026 customer said they were told how to extend the life of the system by cleaning the tank filter yearly in the fall, and called the rates very reasonable. A 2023 customer said Ralph came the same day the call was made, after a service closer to them never called back. In that 2023 review, Ralph pumped the septic tank, showed the customer that the filter was loose and gave information on replacing it with a better model in the spring. A 2023 customer said they called on Christmas Eve and he was at the house in less than 2 hours. A 2022 customer who needed an inspection as well as the septic pumped said they located the tank underground and got everything done fast. A 2022 customer who had been dealing with a plumbing issue for more than six weeks said Ralph promised to come, came, and the problem got fixed. A 2024 customer who lived too far outside the service area wrote that, before suggesting a closer alternative, "the gentleman at Valley View" asked a few questions and gave a possible solution that turned out to be perfect.
