Its HomeAdvisor profile separately says it services New Haven County and handles work from switch and outlet repairs to panel upgrades. A 2020 customer said Nick Vallone explained what a ceiling fan swap and a flickering-light problem would entail on the first phone call, gave an approximate cost, called the day before to confirm and arrived right on time. That 2020 customer was glad it was just a wall socket that needed replacing to correct the flickering, and said his estimate on the cost was "spot on." A 2020 customer said Nick installed 7 recessed lights in a living room and added a switch for the garbage disposal, after coming to the home for a free estimate. A 2020 customer said Nick worked through 1- and 3-way wiring to get outdoor lighting and a motion detector working. A 2020 customer said Nick and Mike came out right away to fix a short in an old home. A 2020 customer said Nick and his son fixed a dryer plug, some plugs and a light switch, and made sure everything was working before they left. A 2019 customer said Nicholas, named in that review as the owner, and his colleague Mike installed a ten-bulb pendant light in a dining room with textured ceilings, after Nicholas laid out placement options with pros and cons. A 2019 customer said they asked which ceiling fan was preferred and, told the old one, repaired it instead of installing the new one, saving over $200.
Exellent experience
Friendly and efficient. Good communication.
If you are looking for a true professional electrician look no further. My experience from the first phone call to the end of the service was great. I needed to have a ceiling fan replaced with a light fixture, also I was having a problem with some lighting flickering on & off. I explained this to Nick Vallone during that first phone call; he advised me of what the work would entail as well as approximating the cost, providing me with what his rates are. We set up the date & time; he called the day prior to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time. Once he arrived, he went right to work along with his assistant. They completed the work promptly & professionally; I was completely satisfied. The fan was replaced & I was glad it was only a wall socket that needed replacing to correct the flickering lights. His estimate on the cost was spot on.
Did a great job..very professional..would highly recommend
If I could give more than five stars for Vallone Electric Inc. I would. They were prompt, very personable and really go the extra mile to ensure the customer is well taken care of. Nick is highly knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. They completed everything in one day and even cleaned up after themselves and put things back as they found them (something I have noticed not everyone does nowadays). I am very glad to have found Nick and his son. They do wonderful work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. I will be definitely be using them again in the future!
