Professional and I’m sure they know what they’re doing, but I spent an exorbitant amount of money ($800+) and to my knowledge, caught nothing. I did know that this was a possibility, but now I’m trying to catch a groundhog on my own as he or his family members switched burrows. Not good value for my money sadly. I only stuck with it because of the larger amount of money you pay just for the quote for when they come out. :(

Do yourself a favor and get some competitive pricing. They gave us a quote more than 2x a reliable competitor for whom we also had a reliable reference. The competitor did a great job for less than half the price. I emailed this company, let them know about the much better price, and they didn't even bother to respond.

We had a bat get into our house and needed help figuring out how it got in, getting it out, and making sure the house was properly protected. Jason, the technician that came to my house, took the time to explain how bats typically enter homes, how one could have made its way from our attic into the living space, and what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again. I really appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable he was throughout the process. A special thank you to Jason, who went above and beyond by coming out on a weekend, even though it was his day off, to make sure we were taken care of. That kind of commitment to customers really stands out. The work was excellent, and we now have peace of mind knowing our home is bat-free and properly sealed.
