The Millis company says Oliver is its owner, that it was established in 2019, and that it serves Natick, Dover, Sherborn, Medfield and Wellesley. Its website offers electric mowing, mulching, weeding, cleanups and trimming. Customers describe work beyond the weekly cut. In May 2026, one homeowner says the crew pruned and shaped an older sugar maple, removed mulch from beside the house at the homeowner's request, and completed spring cleanup, mulching and edging. Another April customer describes removal of years of accumulated leaves and yard waste. An August reviewer praises the care taken around multiple garden beds. An August 2026 customer walks through the process from estimate to finished work: Logan spent time walking the property, listening and explaining the work; the quote was detailed and itemized; and scheduling moved quickly after the customer accepted portions of it. Marcos and Miguel then walked the property with the customer before carrying out the job. A separate May customer says estimates, availability and communication were handled electronically, avoiding missed calls. An April reviewer says the team arrived on time and spent about three hours cleaning the yard. Longer-term customers also describe the relationship. An August 2026 reviewer says they had used Varsity for almost four years and found its prices reasonable. In a January 2026 review, a customer describes a customized property-care program delivered on budget, with communication throughout the year. In a May 2024 review, another customer says Oliver walked the property with them to understand the work, and that the crew removed the leaves and debris after cleanup. Google lists a five-star average from 65 ratings, and BBB gives the company an A+ grade. There is a disagreement about its history: the company's website dates its establishment to 2019, while a May 2026 reviewer says Oliver and the crew had maintained their property for at least ten years.
