The company says it has been in business for 30 years, and its site lists residential work alongside hospitals, schools, condo associations and office buildings. A 2023 customer said Russ returned their call quickly and set up the appointment within one week. That 2023 customer said Russ and his son worked non-stop from 8am until 3:30pm, spent time installing access doors so the vents could be cleaned properly, and left vents that had been covered with sheetrock dust shiny and bright. A 2025 customer said Russ and Ryan Payne cleaned their HVAC ducts and also vacuumed the dryer vent and part of the gas furnace. “they referred me to vent tec who has not replied to my request.”
Professional from start to finish. Easy to do business with and amazing results. Thoroughly cleaned house and cottage vents. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Russ & Ryan Payne did an outstanding job on 20 Oct. with the cleaning of our HVAC ducts. Also vacuumed our dryer vent and part of the gas furnace. We had not done this since we moved here and since this was a new unit, there was an accumulation of dust left over from construction. I have started to notice that some breathing problems have decreased. We will use them again in the future.
My husband, Robert, and I had VentTec recently clean the air ducts in our new place, which is actually an older place. :-) Some of the items found were mindboggling; we were sure glad that we had chosen such a highly recommended business to take care of this for us. We found Russ and Ryan to be very personable and extremely thorough and efficient. They explained everything they were doing and were open to all of our questions. It was a pleasure doing business with VentTec. We will not hesitate to use their services again if the need arises, and we would highly recommend them for your ducts as well.
Russ and his son exceeded our expectations. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.
I had ventTec out to clean and seal our heating ducts, and it was a great experience. Russ and Ryan are incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, professional and clean. I will use them again and recommend them t without reservation
