Happy 4th of July to some. I checked the Tesla app yesterday as I sometimes do. Now to find out it hasn’t been producing since June 25 , it makes me so angry. This is the time of year we need to be collecting credits for the winter! Am I supposed to be checking the app every day?!?! If so nobody showed me what to do. Which box is what. I asked if it was normal to have a walkthrough of the new system hardware and was told no. The app works you through trouble shooting. You scan a QR code . Not touching anything else. The led light is blinking inside it means there’s something wrong with the system. We are not generating electricity. That’s what Tesla ai told me. So I’m left trying to figure this out myself. JUNE 25 !!!!! When I asked about the app , it was told some customers like it. It’s not necessary to check it daily. I think people should have to because whatever happened when you installed the system it keeps on failing. The best part was you tried to blame me for the system going down November 14, 3 days BEFORE i had any work done on the driveway. Suggesting the contractor went back in time 3 days to sabotage the system . Was told maybe they did prep work that day. They not only managed to be in and out in a day they managed not to damage the unmarked well and electrical lines to the barn. Maybe you guys didn’t put them deep enough would be where my mind would go, if I was the PM “John” on this project trying to blame him for the outage and the guys who did the trench mangled the wires . Again if I had his imagination. Hello, I live here , I know if someone is doing work or not! They did not. They were in and out in a day. The system seems to be down more than up. So I was blamed for the system crashing November 14 ( 3 days prior to me having driveway work done) then I suppose you will try and blame me for this. The project manager was constantly lying. I suppose I’ll have to deal with him again. Actually after all this guy has done I don’t want any further dealings with him and his imagination. I have so much disgust and disdain for your company. An alarm of some sort should go off to alert you if something is wrong. Flashing light on boxes anything. Or you should inform your customers to check app daily because that’s the only way you will know if system is down. So I’ve shut the power off in the house. No ac no tv . Save on electricity as much as I can because the 80 k I spent not to worry about this is gone and I’ll be paying CMP full rates because solar doesn’t work.
Can not get anyone on the phone. I think this company is a scam?
