Vinny is amazing! We had an issue with our ring doorbell that we had tried to install ourselves but just couldn't get to work. He contacted me within 20-30 minutes of me reaching out to him via Thumbtack. He was in communication with us on a Sunday! I really appreciate that he has his own weekend and downtime but he still took time out of his schedule to talk with me and walk me through issues that may have caused our problem. Vinny was out the next day and went through everything with us. Within 5 minutes he knew what the issue was and was able to resolve it. He was worth every penny, though he is very affordable and reasonable. He does a wonderful job explaining everything and I will definitely be reaching out to him again!
My experience with Vincent's company was phenomenal. He was quick to respond and very flexible when it came to my appliance delivery time. Vincent was also great at adapting to customized jobs and provided great work around suggestions to problems that arose inherent to the limited space we were working in. Vinnie mounted 2 tvs in my new apartment, a 55 inch and a 65 inch tv. The 65 inch was tricky because my apartment did not have the best walls to support a heavy tv. He knew what to do, solved the problem, and my tvs are both beautifully installed, with wires hidden. Vinnie was professional, skilled and a pleasure to work with. I will call him again if needed.
