Verified record
No state license for this trade. Maine doesn't license or register roofingbusinesses, so there's no state registry to check. That's true of every roofing business in the state, not a mark against this one. Insurance is self-reported.

I learned about Walker Roofing when my neighbor raved about the work they did on his house. Luc promptly responded to my call, got us a competitive quote, and put us on the schedule without delay. His crew protected our plantings, cleaned up thoroughly, and got the job done in a single day. I HIGHLY recommend Walker Roofing without reservation.

What does a roof replacement cost in Greater Portland?
Typical your area range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Walker Roofing Company. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A square is 100 sq ft of roof surface — bigger than the floor plan because of pitch and overhangs.
Estimated range
$9,000 – $18,600
Typical roofing project around $13,800
