Warner's Lawn & Landscaping is a Shelton company; local news sites newstimes.com and ctpost.com have named it as "of Shelton". A recent Google customer says that after the company quoted a job, it failed to show up for a scheduled follow-up appointment and seemed to ignore later attempts to reach it. That customer calls communication hit or miss.
“A worker from Warner's Lawn & Landscaping, of Shelton, clears debris from the parking lot at Riverview Condo Complex at the foot a steep cliff where a mudslide Tuesday December 15, 2009 jeopardized the foundation of a vacant home at 161 North Oak Ave in Shelton.”
Communication is hit or miss. Subsequent to their quoting a job, failed to show up after scheduling a follow up appointment. Seemingly ignored subsequent attempts at communication.
Typical Connecticut range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Warner's Lawn & Landscaping. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
