WF LANDSCAPE

Initially, WF Landscaping was responsive, professional, and appeared to be reliable. On 5/5/21, WF Landscape (Lilly, specifically) came out to my home to give my wife and I a quote to repair our patio. At that time, I let her know we had an important event scheduled at our home on 5/29/21, and asked if they could have the work done by then. Lilly confidently said yes and assured me not to worry, they would be done well before that date. After a few text reminders, Lilly sent me the formal quote via email on 5/13/21, which I promptly approved/sent back that same day. Shortly after, Lilly let me know they might be able to do the work on 5/22/21, and if not, they would definitely do it on 5/26/21. No one showed on 5/22/21 nor did I receive any correspondence from the company. On 5/26/21, I received a text in the morning saying they are finishing up a job and may be able to come in the after lunch, but if not they would be there first thing on 5/27/21. Regrettably, no one ever showed up and the company was unresponsive to several phone calls and texts. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company for your landscaping needs for the above reasons. It’s incredibly disheartening that a company would be so inconsiderate of a customers valuable time.

W F Landscapes have been doing my landscaping for about 8 years, they do an excellent job always on time and always leave the property clean, I would recommend them to anyone who needs their place to look good
