In an August 2015 Google review, a customer said WF had handled their landscaping for about eight years, arrived on time, and left the property clean. An April 2015 reviewer also praised reliability. A May 2014 Angi customer described a good price and work completed as estimated, saying they would hire the company again. The May 2021 Google complaint concerned a patio repair ahead of an event scheduled for May 29. The reviewer said Lilly visited on May 5 and assured them the work would be done before the event. They approved the emailed quote on May 13. According to the customer, possible and promised work dates passed without anyone arriving; after a May 26 message proposing that afternoon or the next morning, the company still did not show and did not respond to several calls and texts. Google reports 4.2 stars from five ratings, while Angi reports five stars from one rating. BBB gives WF Landscape Services an A+ grade and describes it as non-accredited. Angi lists hardscaping, landscape maintenance, sprinkler systems, and Spanish-language service. Houzz describes year-round landscaping and masonry, with seasonal cleanups, lawn care, irrigation, and snow removal among its listed offerings.
